The grand deluxe room I stayed in at the hotel was far below the 4-star standard expected. The rooms were not ready for guests and had clearly not been dusted for weeks. On the bright side, the staff, especially Gandhi at the Front Desk, was incredibly helpful and polite, providing informative assistance, especially for my visit to Reptile Island. The location, although convenient for walking around, was somewhat distant from my bungalow and had plenty of attractions to explore. However, there were areas under construction during my stay. The dining options were limited and not suitable for those who don't eat chicken, meat, or rice for breakfast, but they did offer hot dogs. Overall, the hotel's facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
